Located in Dobra Voda, Bar (Montenegro) within 40 meters of Veliki Pijesak Beach in "ULICA 76", a family-run business, was founded in 2009 by like minded entrepreneurs, people who share a passion for tourism and hospitality.
We dispose of 16 units:
- 8 studios, and;
- 8 apartments with 2 rooms.
Studios can accommodate up to 4 pax maximum, while apartments can fit up to 5 people.
The total capacity is a maximum of 55-60 people depending on the room configuration.
Each unit comes with its own private bathroom, balcony, air conditioning, kitchenette, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, TV, cable channels, and free Wi-Fi. Free parking available (reservation needed). When the parking is fully booked, there is another parking spot across the street which is payable (5€/day).
Types of services are: Room Only (RO); Bed and Breakfast (BB); Half-Board (HB) and Full-Board (FB)We provide RO option throughout the year, while HB and FB options are provided ONLY in the period from May – October.
There are many places to enjoy the food and drinks in the area of just 20+ meters. There is a bakery just around the corner, and several restaurants (affordable or exclusive) just 40 meters away. Supermarkets and grocery store are just 20-80m away.
Old Olive Tree and Old Town of Bar are within the distance of 7-8 km. Ulcinj city is 13km away.
The port of Bar is 12.1 km from the hotel, while Lake Skadar is 33.8 km away.
The nearest airport is Podgorica, 56.3 km from Villa Alba Apartments; airport Tivat is 69.6km and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.
