Welcome to the apartment "VILA NASER", located on a quiet street in the Old Town of Ulcinj. The Old Town is a very interesting place for a real vacation. The house consists of six apartments. In the ground floor there is a large terrace of 100m2 with tables with panoramic views of the sea. You can enjoy in the sunset and in a romantic ambience. On the first floor is a living room and fully equipped kitchen, electric and gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle and all necessary appliances. On the terrace, we offer a breakfast of 3-5 euros, and a dinner of 10-15 euros where fresh fish, squid, cocci and fish corb are prepared. I'm a fisherman, so I'm hunting fresh sea fish. On the second floor there are two apartments 3 + 2, with a bathroom and a sea view. The third one has a double bed, bathroom in the room and air conditioning. On the third floor there are two rooms 2 + 2 where there are two large sofas and a sliding door between the rooms if you need to share that space with a bathroom and a fan. The apartments have sea view and can come out on the balcony. The third room has a double bed + 1 bed, bathroom with shower, wardrobe, table and air conditioning. For our guests we organize and make FISHPICKNIK because we have our boat for 11 + 1 persons. In the Old Town you can sail through the narrow old streets and there is a museum 50m from the house. In the downhill there is a stone beach LIMAN where you can reach in 7 minutes walking, as well as in the sandy beach MALA PLAZA. The tenant also pays a local residence tax, which is 1 euro per tourist over 7 years.
There is a TV on the lunch terrace and guests can follow the games or program at their own expense.
