Description
Villa Orhideja (Ana) is located in the center of Petrovac, closer to the pier, about 70 meters from the main city beach and 60 meters from the promenade by the sea. Ideal location, literally one minute walk to the sea and the main street, with several small shops and kiosks nearby and a large supermarket (Voli) about 100 meters away. From the street gate to the house is a garden, with a lawn, olive trees, pomegranate and fig trees. Apartment 3: on the second floor of the house, three-bed apartment (studio), with kitchen, bathroom and space leading to a spacious balcony with beautiful sea views. The apartment has a TV, wi-fi network and air conditioning. It has 40 m2.
Apartment 4: on the second floor of the house is a four-bed apartment, with a separate entrance and hallway from which you enter the bathroom and living room. Here are kitchen elements and facilities for living and sleeping. The living room has a spacious balcony overlooking the garden and the sea. It leads to a spacious bedroom, whose window offers a view of the garden and the sea. The apartment has a TV, wi-fi network and air conditioning. This apartment has 42 m2.
