Newly renovated and modernly furnished apartments are located in the heart of the Old Town in the heart of downtown and in one of the most beautiful parts of Herceg Novi. They are well positioned with open views and plenty of daylight.
They are about 5 minutes walk from the sea and the city's famous Skver beach. The apartments are accessed by a separate entrance on the side of the square, where you can enter a spacious terrace. The apartments are surrounded by coffee bars and restaurants with gardens. Tourist bureau, city library, banks, pharmacy, bakery, grocery store and city market are about 30 to 40 meters away. Second Suite - MAIN SQUARE Duplex - Located on the second floor, measuring 40 square meters. The entire interior and all the furnishings reflect a combination of old and modern designed style. On the first level is the living room with an open kitchen. The complete space is harmoniously blended with natural materials and colors. Despite the restrained color, the space looks interesting because of the rich and varied texture of the material: rustic wood floors, originally ironed brick and contrasts with the matted surface of the furniture. In addition to the living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and skylight, the apartment also has a bedroom on the spacious gallery with a king double bed and two skylights. Also, one extra bed like a folding wall bed is built into the living room below the gallery space. The apartment has views of the sea, mountains, Kanli and Sat tower and the main town square.
Both apartments are air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen cable TV as well as wi-fi internet connection.
